The students of Ratu Rusiate Nabuta Memorial Primary School and the youth of Nailaga Village in Ba will soon have a $48,000 volleyball court.
While speaking at the ground breaking ceremony this morning, Minister for Youth and Sports, Parveen Bala says this new facility will have a great positive impact on the community as it will promote health and well-being.
He says it will also help identify some talent that will represent Fiji in sports just like known soccer players from the village.
Bala further says they have decided to construct 3 volleyball courts in this financial year as volleyball is one sport young and old can take part in.
