36-year-old Ratu Meli Bainimarama has pleaded not guilty to all the 17 counts he is facing in Australia.
He is accused of common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, stalking and intentionally choking a person without consent, destroying or damaging property and intentionally distributing an intimate image without consent.
Parramatta Court officials confirm the case was called today and the plea was taken.
The bail undertaking by Bainimarama continues.
The matter is listed for hearing on 23rd June 2023.
