Families living on Ratu Dovi Road in Nasinu are considering themselves fortunate this morning after a retaining wall from a newly constructed building collapsed onto their house, damaging their car.
It is alleged that the collapse was caused by heavy rain last night, which led to a landslide.
The families, who were awakened by the incident, told fijivillage News that their neighbours are now trapped, as the collapsed wall has blocked their main entrance.
Police were also seen at the site and took a report from the family members renting the house.
