Rakiraki Town flooded again for the second day in a row

Rakiraki Town was flooded again for the second day in a row today.

Flood waters had receded at around 6pm yesterday but Businessman Azmat Ali says the town area was flooded again at around 9.30 this morning after the heavy downpour.

The flood waters in Rakiraki Town receded at around midday.

All roads in Rakiraki are open.
