Team Fiji Paralympic athlete Iosefo Rakesa was again denied the chance to compete in the Javelin F41 final due to a technical timeout last night.
He was denied earlier this week to participate in the Shot Put F41 category.
The Fiji Paralympic Committee appealed the decisions, however, they were unsuccessful both times.
The Committee says Rakesa and the entire team are devastated and are sorry for letting the fans down.
