As weightlifters commence their trials today, Fiji Weightlifting star Taniela Rainibogi says the competition will not be an easy one as everyone wants to represent Fiji for the Pacific Mini Games.

Rainibogi says he is positive heading into this trial and he will not underestimate anyone.

He says in all competitions there are challenges and he is ready to face those challenges today and book a place for Team Fiji for the Games.

Despite being the best in his field in Fiji, Rainibogi says the trials will not be easy.

He believes the trials mark a great start to a New Year as they gear up for another series of competitions.

Rainibogi says he is also looking forward to the Youth Championships next year.
