Queens Road at Veisari to have one lane closed to clear trees

Queens Road at Veisari, Lami will have one lane closed till 1pm today as Fiji Roads Authority will be cutting trees on the side.

FRA General Manager Network Operations and Maintenance Aram Goes says some tall pine trees on the roadside embankment pose a potential hazard.

This is following the landslide on Tuesday.

Fiji Roads Authority says have set up full traffic management on site for motorists to navigate safely through the site.
