QVS to take on RKS in Deans Eastern Zone final

Defending Vodafone Deans champions Queen Victoria School will take on Ratu Kadavulevu School in the final of the Vodafone Deans Eastern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby Competition.

QVS beat Tailevu North College 18-15 in the semi-final at the Dawasamu Ground.

In another semi final, RKS and Lelean Memorial School finished the match at 15-15 but RKS secured the final spot after scoring more tries than Lelean.

In the U15 semi final QVS beat Lelean 6-3 while in the U17 semi final QVS edged Dawasamu Secondary School 19-18.

In Weet-Bix Eastern Division Raluve U18, Adi Cakobau School will take on Lelean in the final despite a 15-all draw agaisnt Sila Central School.

In U16 semi final, Lelean is through to the final after beating Baulevu Secondary School 27-12.

The competition continues today at the Tailevu North College.
