QVS Old Boys network bypassed the Principal and enrolled 200 students - Reddy
Queen Victoria School.

It has been revealed that the Queen Victoria School Old Boys network enrolled students without the knowledge of the QVS Principal.

Education Minister Doctor Mahendra Reddy told parliament the QVS Old Boys network got connected with one of the staff at QVS and photocopied admission forms.

Reddy says the QVS Old Boys network bypassed the Principal and enrolled 200 students.

He says this is why they need to keep the QVS Old Boys network out of the running of the school.

Speaker of Parliament Doctor Jiko Luveni also had to stand up and call for order in parliament today when there was an uproar of interjections as the Education Minister asked the Opposition why they were only asking about Queen Victoria School.

Viliame Gavoka then said that QVS is special to the Itaukei.

Reddy said they have a master plan for all schools and not only QVS.
