Five people have found employment after Prouds Fiji opened its first branch at Damodar City, Labasa, today.

The General Manager Reshmi Singh says the decision to establish a presence in the North was driven by customer demand and development opportunities.

Singh says many customers previously travelled to Suva to meet their shopping needs, however, this new location will be more convenient for them.

She further says the strategic location of the store offers an added advantage.

The General Manager adds that the new outlet features a wide range of products under one roof, including jewellery, designer handbags, appliances and other items, catering to diverse preferences.

Singh says this investment marks a promising step forward for Prouds and the Labasa community.
