Prominent soccer player, William Valentine appears in court for allegedly stabbing girlfriend with scissors

Prominent soccer player, William Valentine appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court yesterday for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.

It is alleged that Valentine stabbed his girlfriend twice with a pair of scissors at around 5am on Sunday.

It is alleged that Valentine was drunk during the time of the alleged incident.

He has been released on bail and the case has been adjourned to the 3rd of February next year.
