The Principal of Ratu Kadavulevu School will be produced in the Nausori Magistrates court today charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The Director of Public Prosecutions, Christopher Pryde, has sanctioned charges against Peni Senikarawa for allegedly assaulting four of his students in March this year.
It is alleged that the group of students swore at the wife of the RKS Principal.
The Principal’s wife had come across a group of students allegedly writing on a wall in the school premises and told them not to do so.
The Principal was then alerted and he then investigated the issue before he allegedly hit the students.
