The preparation for the Flying Fijians leading up to the Rugby World Cup in France in September is on point physically and also rugby-wise as they are getting enough game time before their first pool game against Wales.
This is according to coach Simon Raiwalui who says the preparations in terms of matches are ideal.
Raiwalui says there are three great games here in the Southern Hemisphere lined up for them which is against Tonga, Samoa and Japan in the Pacific Nations Cup competition before heading to the Northern Hemisphere to take on France and England.
The Flying Fijians will take on Tonga in round 1 of the Pacific Nations Cup tomorrow at 3pm in Lautoka.
