Port Denarau Marina Limited is now the 21st listed entity on the South Pacific Stock Exchange and the first company representing the tourism sector on the stock market.
Chairperson of SPX, Nur Bano Ali says they are excited to have the tourism sector on board.
Ali says Port Denarau Marina Limited will start trading at $1.31 per share and has 40 million shares. She says the 40 million shares will be valued at $52.4 million.
Director of Port Denarau Marina Limited Nigel Skeggs says they have been in existence for 20 years and this is a great milestone.
Skeggs says they have 601 shareholders and majority are Fijian.
