Police Commissioner Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho says their operations have picked up after the writ of the elections was issued.

The Commissioner highlighted this message after TotalEnergies handed over the $15,000 sponsorship towards the Police team's preparation for the FMF Sukuna Bowl.

Qiliho says they continue to pick up the momentum of the Police operations especially moving towards the election date and the school holidays that are coming up.

The Commissioner says they are waiting for the official notification through the gazette of the opening up of the nightclub hours and rolling into the festive season.

Qiliho says it's going to be a long period of operation for the Fiji Police Force.
