Police investigations continue into the fatal accident that happened in Nawaicoba, Nadi.
Police have confirmed that one passenger is still admitted in serious condition while 2 other passengers have been released from hospital.
It is alleged that a private car and mini bus were involved in a head on collision after the private car veered onto the opposite lane on Sunday morning.
The driver of the private car died at the scene.
