Police confirms that part of Rakiraki town is still flooded

Rakiraki police confirm part of Rakiraki town is still flooded.

Roads in Rakiraki that are still flooded include Naqoro flats Raiwasa bridge, Vatukacevaceva bridge, Qalau road and FSC Back road.

Korovou police confirm that Colata, Delekado and Waisa crossing have been opened as flood waters have receded.

In Levuka, Rukuruku crossing along Ovalau Circular Rd was washed away yesterday and is closed to heavy vehicles.

A flood warning remains in force for the low lying areas and areas adjacent to Rakiraki town, Votualevu, Nadi town.
