Vodafone Fiji Ratu Sukuna Bowl Cricket competition

In a dominant display this morning, the Fiji Police Force emerged victorious over the Army cricket team in the Vodafone Fiji Ratu Sukuna Bowl Cricket competition, winning by 117 runs.

The thrilling match saw Police leveraging a strong batting and bowling performances to secure a convincing lead.

In the first innings, Army struggled to gain momentum and were all out after scoring 116 runs in 28 overs.

Police’s bowling lineup kept the Army’s batsmen on their toes which limited their scoring opportunities.

Chasing a competitive target, the Police came out strong, closing the match within 12 overs and 2 wickets, securing the win with a wide margin.

Their decisive batting effort, coupled with the Army’s difficulties on the field, enabled the Police to lift the Ratu Sukuna Bowl Cricket trophy this year.
