Player dies after Soccer match at Sanatan Convention Soccer tournament

A Korovuto Masters player has passed away yesterday after a match during the 60th Sanatan Convention Soccer tournament.

Sanatan Dharam Sports wing President, Praveen Singh confirmed Manoj Kumar suffered a heart attack following his game yesterday.

It is alleged that he had drank water after a few minutes of rest before he got the attack.

Singh says the 47 year old was rushed to hospital where his condition had stabilized before another heart attack which led to his death.

Singh adds that the sympathies of the whole Sanatan sports fraternity are with the family and will definitely help in any way they can.

He further stated that after the funeral, they will look into how they can further assist the family.
