Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka says phasing out FICAC does not mean totally getting rid of them as they are an instrument of the Constitution of Fiji.
This means taking away FICAC cannot be done at this stage.
Rabuka says at the moment they are looking at the processes currently undertaken, cases they are investigating and whether there will be new cases going to them.
