People donate money, stationery and clothes at TC Yasa Appeal Concert

People turn out in numbers at the TC Yasa Concert appeal today.

Hundreds of people have showed up to donate money, stationery, clothes and shoes at the TC Yasa Appeal Concert currently underway at Ratu Sukuna Park in Suva until 7 o’clock tonight.



The concert is organised by the Fiji Performing Rights Association which says more than $10,000 has been collected so far together with 28 bags of clothes and stationery.

More than 15 local artists are performing to raise money for those affected

People can expect performances from Sitiveni Nawavakaca, Epeli Kurualeba, Saimone Vuatalevu, Nat Raikadroka, Via ni Tebara, Sauca Seda, Young Blood, Knox, Eremasi Tamanisau Jnr, Georgina Ledua, Inside Out, Aggie Vakaloloma, Bigwilz, Savuto, KKU, Etta Gonerogo and Laisa Vulakoro.

The TC Yasa Appeal Concert will finish at 7pm today.

Entry is free.
