Passenger still in critical condition after Uciwai accident

A passenger remains admitted in critical condition at the Lautoka Hospital after a road accident at Uciwai settlement in Nadi on Monday.

The driver died in the accident.

Police say the driver of the Toyota 4WD hit a bus and died from the direct impact of the accident.

It is alleged that the driver was speeding.
