Jarome Luai and Jaeman Salmon were spotted on camera arguing with each other after Panther's season-opening 13-12 defeat to the Broncos last night.

In that heated argument, Channel Nine cameras captured Luai approaching Salmon and venting his frustration.

Salmon hit back at the Penrith five-eighth as the argument developed into an expletive-laden back-and-forth, but Sharks great Paul Gallen played down the seriousness of the clash when it was raised on Nine's post-match show.

Galen says there was no issue because it is rugby league and when something does not go right, the players want to know why and try to have a discussion about it.
