Panthers beat Roosters 30-10 to book fifth straight preliminary final

The Penrith Panthers are through to their fifth straight preliminary final after defeating the Roosters 30-10 last night.

Luke Garner scored a double, while Brian To'o, Izack Tago and Jarome Luai scored a try each.

The return of captain Nathan Cleary from injury was also felt during the match, with the 26-year-old collecting 14 points, two try assists, four tackle breaks, 92 running metres and 334 kicking metres.

Crucially, he made 17 tackles, missing just one.

In other matches, the Storm will take on the Sharks at 6.05 tonight, the Cowboys will face the Knights at 9.50 tonight, and the Bulldogs will meet the Sea Eagles at 6.05pm tomorrow.
