Qeleya Point Apartments

Pacific Building Solutions & Hari Punja & Sons Limited have commenced pre‑sales on their next luxury joint venture property development, Qeleya Point Apartments.

Qeleya Point Apartments is a 5 story, 20 apartment, strata‑titled waterfront building situated on Qeleya Point Road in Lami.

The project is being managed and marketed by Blue Horizon Property Group, a local property development consultant.

Mark Acraman of Blue Horizon has stated that they are still seeing demand for luxury waterfront strata title units.

He adds that the development offers 1, 2 and 3‑bedroom apartments with price ranging from $599,000 to $1.3m.

Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter next year, with completion expected within 15 to 18 months thereafter.

Managing Director of Pacific Building Solutions Michael Fairfax says that with every new property development project, they feel they are not only improving the real estate landscape in Fiji but also creating new employment opportunities for a great number of people and they see the positive ripple it is having in the communities in which they work.
