PM surprises athletes of Gau Secondary

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama had surprised the athletes of Gau Secondary School at their camp site in Raiwai last night.

Speaking to Fijivillage, Gau Secondary School Assistant Principal Atunaisa Qiolevu says that the visit by the Prime Minister has definitely boosted the athletes' morale heading into the final day of competition at the Coca-Cola Games.

Qiolevu says that the athletes were advised by the Prime Minister to give it their best shot in the events that they will be competing in today.

He says that Alma Qiolevu who will be competing in the Sub Junior Girls 200 metres final is more determined to win a medal in her event later today.
