Be sensible to make the right choice when choosing your leaders who will take you forward when it comes to the general elections.
Those were the words of the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama while opening the Uluivalili Secondary School in Wailevu yesterday.
He told the villagers of Wailevu that Fiji has gone past the difficult times in the previous years and this year is election year.
Commodore Bainimarama urged the people of the Vanua of Wailevu to read the constitution properly and understand it well.
He warned them to be careful of some politicians who will talk smart and push their way to Parliament.
He said they should be alert to choose the right people who will work for them.
The Prime Minister also asked the parents and teachers to support their children by encouraging them not to miss school and study hard and lift the standard of education for the Vanua o Wailevu.
Students from 24 nearby villagers will attend the school.
