Good news for the people of Nasinu as a telecentre has opened at Kalabu Secondary School.
Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama said this is the 23rd telecentre in the country and it is special for Kalabu Secondary School.
The school has never had a personal computer until today.
Commodore Bainimarama says the government’s communication revolution is going hand in hand with the education revolution that has started this year through free education, scholarships and the tertiary loan scheme.
He also encouraged the members of the community to use the computers after school hours and in the weekends to broaden their knowledge.
