PAFCO Chairman Iqbal Jannif confirms that their production workers are not currently paid.
Jannif says PAFCO is currently closed as workers are rebuilding their homes following the devastation caused by TC Winston.
He add that they cannot pay workers since there is no production.
Jannif says all workers are expected to return to work when PAFCO is ready to restart and they are hoping to be in production within 4 to 6 weeks.
PAFCO has an estimated damage bill of $4.2m after Tropical Cyclone Winston hit the country last month.
