Unemployment is one of the biggest challenges faced by smaller towns and cities but the only way to tackle it is through partnerships.
That is the sentiment of Peter Hopgood, the general manager of Outrigger on the Lagoon, as he revealed that he had taken on an extra 100 unemployed youths from the surrounding villages.
