I believe the build-up games that we had with South Africa and England has set us up for the way that we can squeeze the Fiji Water Flying Fijians team and level up to their game expectations.
Wales Head Coach, Warren Gatland highlighted this during an interview with Continental Tyres UK where he was asked on what are some of the ways they can overcome Fiji.
Gatland says they are pretty clear with their mind about the way they want to play the Flying Fijians, as many of their players were in the Fijian Drua team.
He says by looking at the Crusaders game structure when they defeated the Drua, the men in red played an instrumental game when they enforced a long kicking strategy, keeping the ball on the park and squeezing them at set-pieces.
He adds that these game strategies have broken the hearts of the Drua team and this is the way through them.
The Wales Head Coach says there are good teams participating in the RWC, and in terms of the way they might want to play against the Fijian team, they need to be reminded that they have got some dangerous individuals to stop.
Meanwhile, the Flying Fijians will play Wales in their first Rugby World Cup game at 7am next Monday in Bordeaux.
The RWC kicks off this Saturday with hosts France taking on the All Blacks at 7.15am in Paris.
