Former Fiji 7s star and Captain Osea Kolinisau has been inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame.
Kolinisau captained Fiji when we won gold in the Rio Olympics.
Kolinisau carried Fiji’s flag at the Opening Ceremony in Rio and scored the first of Fiji’s seven tries in the final as we defeated Great Britain 43-7 to win the gold medal.
He has appeared in a record 62 events for Fiji on the World Series and his tally of 1,272 points is only bettered by fellow World Rugby Hall of Fame inductee Waisale Serevi.
According to World Rugby, one of his best performances came in the final of the Hong Kong Sevens in 2013, where he stepped off the bench to score a hat-trick of tries and help Fiji secure a famous comeback win against Wales.
