Opening of bakery in Cautata targetted towards youth development

Cautata Village in Tailevu is embarking on youth development through the opening of their bakery which will solely run by Cautata villagers.

While officiating at the commissioning of the Cautata Bakery, Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says this investment by the villagers will not only feed their stomach but fuel the local economy as a whole.

He hopes this will be an inspiration to students where they can gain extra knowledge in business lessons.

The villagers invested more than $10,000 while government gave $84,000 in the construction of the Cautata Bakery.
