People from Ono-I-Lau are eagerly awaiting help from the National Disaster Management Office to arrive.
A villager from Lovoni, Tevita Cavu says they do not have any root crops as most of it are rotten.
Cavu says they are eating whatever little they have and are also fishing to survive.
Meanwhile, NDMO Director Akapusi Tuifagalele says they are trying to get a vessel to take them to Southern Lau.
Tuifagalele says there should be confirmation today from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport on which vessel to take the supplies after Cyclone Ula.
