HOPE Party Leader Tupou Draunidalo says their opinion is, once people are dealing with public money, they should be subject to scrutiny.
She made this comment while the party was making their submission on the Code of Conduct Bill to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Justice, Law and Human Rights.

She says the 2013 Constitution is quite clear on this.
