Two days after retaining their Olympic gold medal in Tokyo, the Fiji Men’s 7s team arrived into the country this morning.
The Fiji Rugby Union says this has been made possible with the help of their partners Fiji Airways.
The players and staff will now stay in quarantine for 14 days before they are cleared to meet their families and loved ones.
Coach Gareth Baber is not part of the team that arrived in Fiji this morning as he has gone back to the UK to see his family after 7 months.
Baber hopes to be back in Fiji in a few weeks.
Fiji created history by winning back to back Olympic gold medals after beating New Zealand 27-12 in the final on Wednesday.
