The official opening of the new ANZ stadium is expected to have all the sports involved to make the opening a special one.
Fiji Sports Council Chairman, Peter Mazey confirmed that the Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama will be the chief guest as he had a lot of input in bringing this plan to reality.
He added that the stadium has been a special place as a lot of talented athletes started their sporting career there and this is the reason why they want to involve everyone in the opening ceremony.
