A number of areas have been affected by rising flood waters in Nadi and people in the western division have been advised to take necessary precautions.
Areas affected are Nadi Back Road from Ratu Naevo Link Road to Tatas Restaurant, Nawajikuma Settlement, Namulomulo, Navakai, Togomasi and nearby low lying areas.
Qeleloa bridge is also under water.
Evacuation centres have been activated if you are living in low lying areas in Nadi.
The evacuation centres are St Andrews Primary School, Nadi College, Nadi Muslim College and Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College.
Please take necessary precautions as the heavy rain warning is in force for the whole of Fiji.
