While speaking at NFP’s Annual General Meeting in Lautoka, Prasad says everyone is equal before the law and everyone should be treated equally in a true democracy.
Prasad says the government should admit that these problems are too big for their two leaders to solve and they want government to talk to the opposition as they are the alternative government and they will respond and help government because the people and the country are important.
Prasad also went on to tell the NFP members present at the AGM that the government allegedly hid from the people of Fiji for two days and two nights during the Elections case in the Court of Disputed Returns.
103 people attended NFP’s AGM in Lautoka.
We have sent questions to Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed‑Khaiyum. He is yet to respond.
Police Commissioner, Sitiveni Qiliho says they deal directly with complainants and will not say anything publicly.
