No injuries following accident at Suvavou House

No one has been injured in the accident this morning where a iTaukei Land Trust Board vehicle slammed into Suvavou House.

Divisional Police Commander Central, SP Farasiko Matawalu says the driver of the TLTB vehicle pressed on the accelerator and failed to turn from the TLTB driveway.

He says this resulted in the vehicle going over the other side of the road and hitting two other vehicles parked in the parking spot in front of Suvavou House and slamming into the building.

SP Matawalu says the vehicle was supposed to go towards Nasova.

The driver of the TLTB vehicle has been questioned as investigations continue.
