Nigel Owens will referee the All Blacks' Rugby World Cup semifinal against England while Jérôme Garcès will take charge of South Africa's clash with Wales.
Jaco Peyper was not considered for the All Blacks match after posing for pictures with Welsh fans following their quarterfinal, where he gave French lock Sébastien Vahaamahina a red card early in the second half.
In a photo that circulated on social media, Peyper could be seen amongst Welsh fans, raising his elbow to the head one of one and seemingly mimicking the act that earned Vahaamahina a sending off.
