A new rest house has been built in Nabouwalu for the immediate families of patients admitted at the Nabouwalu Hospital.
Minister for Health Doctor Neil Sharma said that families of patients staying far away or in the interior areas can now stay at the rest house to save them from travelling.
The rest house which has been built through public partnership has a kitchen, toilet and a bathroom.
Meanwhile, Dr Sharma who is on a Northern tour will be meeting with corporate entities to have consultations on enhancing public partnership in terms of improving health care facilities including old people’s home.
