New judge sworn in

A new puisne Judge Prabaharan Kumararatnam, of Sri Lanka has been sworn into office today before His Excellency the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau.

Kumararatnam last post was as the Senior State Council at the Sri Lankan Attorney General Department.

His swearing in was also witnessed by the Chief Justice Anthony Gates and the Minister for Justice Mr Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.
