Five new international emerging designers will be participating at the 10th Anniversary of the Fiji Fashion Week this year.
Fiji Fashion Week Managing Director Ellen Whippy Knight confirms that 12 designers from the Pacific will be participating as well.
Samoan emerging designer Dane Fabricius representing Samoan Fashion Week and his label DMF says that this is a good opportunity for emerging designers to showcase their talents to the Fijian market.
He adds that Fiji is the perfect place for Pacific island designers to showcase the culture of their island nation to the world.
13 countries will be represented at this year’s Fiji Fashion Week in the Pacific Island Resort Show which starts tomorrow night.
Meanwhile 93 designers and 48 student designers will be participating in the 10th Anniversary of the 2017 Fiji Fashion Week.
