The crematorium which will cost $900,000, is being built by the Raralevu Cemetery Committee and is fully funded from donations by the public.
Committee Project Manager Ajay Prasad says people of Nausori and Suva as well from overseas have donated towards the project.

He says the crematorium will have three crematories which have already been ordered at the total cost of $150,000.
