The Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission has today announced that fuel and gas prices will change from tomorrow.
FCCC says a 13kg gas cylinder will cost $32.95 from $33.35, a decrease of 40 cents, a 12kg gas cylinder will cost $30.42 from $30.79, a decrease of 37 cents.
They say a 4.5kg gas cylinder will now cost $11.41, a decrease of 13 cents.
Bulk Gas price remains the same as $2.13 per kg and Autogas price remains the same as $1.43 per litre.
FCCC has announced the price of kerosene has increased by 14 cents from 91 cents to $1.05 per litre while the price of unleaded fuel will drop from $1.96 to $1.95.
A litre of premix will cost $1.58 from $1.61 while the price of diesel has increased from $1.63 to $1.64.
FCCC also says the Fuel and LPG price review implemented by them follows a one-month lag period, as such the September 2020 Fuel and LPG regulated prices are based on the importations made in July 2020 by the Fuel Companies and LPG Companies in Fiji.
