People living in the Western Division will now be able to access better health services as a state of the art new Lautoka Accidents and Emergency Unit is now open.
While opening the facility Minister for Health, Rosy Akbar said the Lautoka Accidents and Emergency Unit will allow for better services during accidents and emergencies with the availability of modern facilities and equipment.
There are also operation theaters.
The $12.2 million project is funded by the government.
