The Ba soccer team will play Nadi in the Courts IDC final at Churchill Park at 3pm.
It will be the repeat of the Fiji Fact final this year.
Uraia Loki headed the winner in injury time to give Nadi a 1-0 win over Labasa in the second semifinal.
Loki dedicated the goal to his mum.
Nadi soccer coach Kamal Swamy said they are working on a game plan to beat Ba in the second final this year as they did in the Fiji Fact Tournament.
A new winner will be crowned as defending champions Suva lost in first semifinal against Ba by 1-nil.
The Men in Black applied continuous pressure from the first whistle with Osea Vakatalesau combining well with Avinesh Swamy, Roneel Kumar and Abbu Zaheed.
The Westerners managed to find the back of the net in the 19th minute to Abbu Saheed.
Ba team Manager Arvind Singh says they are very proud of the team.

Meanwhile, in the Primary final Ba has beaten Labasa 2-1.
Following that the Secondary School final will see Drasa Secondary take on Saraswati College and in the Premier Division final Dreketi will take on Taveuni.
