In other results Abay Chand who replaced Joy Ali against Joe Naleca was declared winner in the eighth round.
Joy Ali pulled out due to medical reasons.
Ali's younger brother Junior Farzan Ali was on his toes and knocked Parmod Pillay in the second round for the Junior Welterweight title.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Boxing Commission will decide later whether any disciplinary action will be taken against Joy Ali for pulling out at the eleventh hour.
