The new ANZ stadium may not open at the end of next month if bad weather continues in Suva and this could affect the Coca Cola Games which is scheduled for the 26th and 27th of April.
We have received confirmation from the Fiji Sports Council that work in some parts of the stadium has been affected by the recent weather conditions.
Chairman, Peter Mazey said work at the embankment has been affected and they have been unable to lay the new tracks because of bad weather.
He added if the delay in work continues then the new stadium may not open in time.
